The Jay and Susie Gogue Performing Arts Center at Auburn University is East Alabama’s premier performing arts venue and serves as a cultural hub for the community and the state of Alabama. Opened in August 2019, the Gogue Center engages audiences with curated arts experiences that inspire, enlighten and unite. Home to the 1,200-seat Walter Stanley and Virginia Katharyne Evans Woltosz Theatre and the expansive Amphitheatre at the City of Auburn Lawn and Porch, the center presents a robust schedule of annual performances, including touring Broadway productions, chamber arts, comedy, dance, jazz and opera, as well as programming designed expressly for students and young audiences.
